RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE – OUR STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
Returns on all orders (excludes earrings).
Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them. Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them.
Please send the item(s) back to us at the address provided on your despatch note returns label.
If, for any reason, you no longer have the returns label, please contact our customer service team on 0777 263 0932.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. BOOTNAUT reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons e.g. pierced products such as earrings.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to BOOTNAUT.
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once it is received.
